Disappointing

I am so disgusted by MiWay till date there is no feedback regarding my claim, after I called their legal dispute specialist and I asked her if we going to court because we had a conference call on the 27/6/2020

I called them on the 6th of August 2020 and the below was the respond

Good day Ms Direko, I note that you have not received an outcome on your claim pending the reinvestigation. Kindly note that I will forward the outcome of the claim together with the details of the outcome by close of business tomorrow 07 August 2020. We sincerely apologise for the confusion in respect of your receiving an updated response to your claim. Kind regards, Bonga Ntombela
