Disappointed with MI way unfair treatment

I have recently lodged a claim Mr. Mi Jada after 18 months at lease where i had an accident and my tyres were damaged, and the assessor did not even look at the pictures and assess my claim fairly yet they quick to increase tariffs they would not even give me a fair chance to explain what had happened and just declined my claim , really disappointed and they should hire more matured people to assess as these young staff think they know everything .feel free to contact me on ***
