Disappointed in MiWay Roadside assistance

I got a breakdown on the N1 en route to Pretoria, my daughter called for roadside assistance at 23:08 as I did not have my phone with me which she clearly mentioned to the consultant who was assisting her. My son brought me another car to drive home and I left him at the garage where I had parked the car for safety while waiting for the tow truck. He waited until 00:53 when he decided to try and drive the car since no help was coming. I am completely disappointed.
