Disappointed in MiWay
Would just like to express my disappoint in Miway and how you increased my premium by R1000 just for changing the address which I feel is not any more high risk than the previous one. Consultants told me about a claims score which I dont understand how it increases the premium now when changing an address but did not increase it much in December when we had premium increases.
