Disappointed

I'm am so disappointed with the services at Miway. This morning at around 6:45 I called for road side assistance as I had a flat tyre I was told dispatch will send charles to assist even gave me his number. I waited for over 45mins until I decided to wait outside my car so seek for help.A stranger saw me and stopped to helpe with my true by 7:15 charles had still not arrived but called saying he's coming but he never pitch. Only at 8:20 did a miway agent call me to see if I had received the help I needed which I adviaed no charle had still not pitched. The agent adviseded my case will be closed as I'm sored now. I am utterly disappointed with Miway becuase had it been at night what would have happened to me knowing that in south africa woman get abducted everyday.
