Disappointed excess recovery

Accident happened 8months ago. Waited for the excess recovery (accident fault was the third party).

No feed back/or progress until 6months after… of which a new handler was appointed and said they only got the other companies details recently. (half a year later).

Followed up these past 2 months. No response, just ghosted me. Total 8months we’ve been waiting now with no progress update while the first 6months was a waste.

Never thought this would be so much admin to recover my money from someone’s fault.
