disappointed
my name is Lucy Masilo, am back again with my complaints, even today I haven't received any response from my way. I have been trying to call with no luck to go through the claim or the person assigned to me called Mzwakhe Mathebula. am starting to ask me if Miway is ******** people or what. this is the bad, poor and unspeakable service ever.

Appreciate that he was apologetic and his actions were indeed efficient and effective. thank you for sorting me out.
