DISAPPOINTED

I app**** for a life cover policy with miway, however I canceled the policy within the cooling off period And i few months later I app**** for another policy. I am very disappointed to learn that even though I have canceled the initial policy, it has still been deducting the premiums every month for more than a year.

Please correct this mistake and cancel the policy and refund all my premiums
