Disappointed Customer

Disappointed for days. Cancelling my policy with Miway. Comprehensive cover yet you only get 3 roadside assistance call outs. On our 3rd call out, we were told to pay out of our own pocket to get the car towed to the workshop. The amount was conflicting at first as the amount changed from R750 to R831. Cheaper premium, but cheap assistance costing you much more. Going back to Discovery. We never had this nonsense with them. Sorry MiWay this policy is useless to us! What is the point of paying for insurance when you are asked to pay for your own towing service! Pathetic. This is not acceptable!
