INDEED IT’S MIWAY OR HIGHWAY

I’ve been with MiWay from January 2021. On the 4th July 2024 I had a minor accident and MiWay referred me to their chosen Autobody centre and they assessed the car. They issued a quote that costs R82 000.00, as a result, they wanted to write-off the car for economic reasons. However, I realised that their quote is so flipping EXPENSIVE, their referred Autobody works with expensive sport cars.

Then I wanted the second opinion and they approved. I then took the car to my preferred HYUNDAI APPROVED Autobody. They gave me a quote of R61 000.00, but MiWay still REJECTED the quote saying that I was under quoted. WHAT IS THAT? These are the experts approved by the vehicle manufacturer. The quote is too high you REJECT, we reduce it by R20 000.00 you still REJECT!!!!

Now I’m even considering fixing it myself because MiWay failed me dismally. I’m very DISAPPOINTED!!!!

It has been more that 3 years since I had the insurance with MiWay. And the incident has proven that I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY.
