Disappointed client

Bad experience ever... My mom was involved in a hit and run accident they didn't send anyone they asked if the car was driveable I said yes then they told her to drive to the police station to open a case then send pictures along with the case number, which she did then they told her the car is a write-off without sending an assessor and they offered to buy the car.... Mind you the car is damaged on the drivers side no leacages.. The damage is as follows 1.fender 2,front right light 3,right mirror and bumper....we both miway clients if they treat my mom like this that means one day I'll also face the same service...... Thinking of cuncelling
