Disappointed Client
So my car was written off on 31 July 2015 and to my surprise today I receive a letter from Durban Metropolitan Police Service to pay a fine for an offence that happened on 14 October 2015. This mentioned car was not in my position as it was written off. If MiWay decided to sell the car, then why not register the car on the details of the person who bought it from you?! MiWay explain this please!!! And clear my name!!
