Disappointed Client

Very disappointing customer care from MiWay. After several calls I made to MiWay I was told that the MiWay representative was going to call me back to confirm the amount I was going to be credited for regarding a vehicle I removed from my cover.NO CALL RECEIVED YET. Today my account was debited for an incorrect amount far above the quote and policy schedule which was emailed to me for another vehicle. I have received a cheaper quote from another insurance and wished to cancel with MiWay but when I called to cancel with MiWay, they offered me a lower quote than their original. I agreed to not cancel due to the fact that I have been with MiWay for a long time even though the other insurance company beat their last quote with more benefits. Did not expect such poor service from MiWay.
