Disappointed

On the 30 March 2021 I called Ntokozo at MiWay regarding my car which was stuck at the freeway M1 Malboro on ramp. Ntokozo advised me to sent a location in order to sent a towing truck. He called me after and he advised me that they are allowed to tow me 40km round trip which I did not understand why round trip. I had to pay R430 extra and my trip was 35 km to my place. I was very disappointed about this round trip because MiWay cannot charge us round trip because they dont know the truck where will be going after they dropped off my car. And if on that time I dont have money to pay that towing truck it means I was going to be stranded whilst I am paying them monthly premiums for 5 years without a claim and when I asked if they can pay the towing truck and deduct it into my account they refused. When I raised this issue with them to explain this round trip nobody came back to me because I dont see what a use to have an insurance which is not assisting us. I was very disappointed about the treatment they gave it to me.
