Disappointed and heart broken

Heart broken and disappointed. Miway is refusing to pay for damages the right side suspension of my vehicle, it only authorized repairs on the left side. My car is still undrivable yet I've been paying my premiums diligently for the past 5 years claim free. My claims advisor is avoiding my calls and I can't get a explanation as to how I'm supposed proceed. I definitely wouldn't recommend Miway to anyone, they're quick to ask for good reviews on hello Peter but are not interested in actually honoring their end of the deal
