Disappointed about Roadside Assistance

<p>I am Really disappointed, me and my Fiance were on holiday more than ****m from home. With car troubles on the way we were stranded next to the road with a damaged tyre and no sparewheel as we already changed a tyre. As our only hope we phoned our insurance company (MiWay) and they told us that they could not send a towtruck to come and help. My Fiance freaked out as we had no way to get home and was left without any help. We thought that the insurance company would have helped us as we have been with them for a long time. Only later on when my Fiance started crying and asked them "what the hell do I do now?" they tried to make a plan. This is unacceptable as they should have made us feel calm and relaxed but they made us feel hopeless and alone. </p>
