Disappointed!
I've just seen an sms from Standard Bank showing a full debit amount gone off from Miway. A few weeks ago I had gotten quotes from MiWay for my new car and I was not happy. In order to retain me I was offered a holiday premium for June. BUT I will only pay a pro rata for the month of May. Earlier last week MiWay tried debiting my account for the pro rata and I didst have funds in the account - resulting in a reversal and an sms from MiWay stating that I do not have cover for May! I was extremely concerned because I'm a rep and I need cover always. When I contacted MiWay last week to resubmit the debit, it seems the idiot who assisted me processed a re submission for a full months premium!!! I have been dealing with Mac all this time, who has been extremely wonderful. I did not want to keep asking for him so I allowed another agent to assist this time (cant remember name). If I did speak with Mac this wouldn't have happened! Fortunately my salary was in my account and I don't have another reversal thanks to MiWay. Some one better contact me ASAP. I want this money returned into my account! And I want a manager to call me.
