DISAPPOINTED

On the 26th of April I requested a plumber for a blocked toilet. Plumber came out and unblocked it within 10 minutes. Sunday afternoon my toilet started overflowing, I requested assistance again for a plumber. I was advised that I'm only left with a certain amount for home assistance as I only have cover of R2000 on a 12months cycle but when I initially requested assistance on the 26th, I asked how many call outs do I get and I was advised 3. The lady who was assisting me had to ask for a quote which I had to wait for 90 minutes just to get respond. I then phoned MiWay again to find out what's happening, I spoke to a who I explained everything again to so he can help and was very polite, what he advised is that it's 2 call out and to an amount of R2000 but he can still request/confirm with the manager if there's a way they can help but since Angy was assisting he will transfer me to her. Angy then told me I had to pay R300 and something to the plumber which I didn't have. I've spent my mother's day with no water in the house because of insurance that you still have to pop up money for every month but when you request assistance you still need to pay again. At this moment I feel like MiWay doesn't care at all and I'm having 2nd thoughts of staying with them as my insurer. If you were not there for a mere claim then what's going to happen for a big claims then. So disappointed
