Disappointed

I would like to register my dissatisfaction with my way insurance.i had accident on 1st of July and my car was towed to dealer that repair vehicles the assessor that is dealing with my case is trying by all means not to approve my claim.Today is 20 days since my car is lying in garage where it was towed.The assessor is rude he came to my office in my workplace trying force to agree that I was drunk when accident happened.He is requesting statement for my bank account to trace that I went to bottle store on the day of the accident.
