Disappointed.

Spoke to Kgahliso on the 9th of March, even gave him a positive review on hellopeter. After updating my policy he told me I could be credited on my next collection or he can request that they deposit that credit into my bank account, I asked that he proceeds with making a request to credit my bank account instead and the transaction would happen in 3 days from Monday, 9 March. I wrote in through the live chat on the miway app for more clarity since I have not received this and Nomsa informed me that that no request was made.
