DISAPPOINTED

I completed online quotes yesterday for personal insurance. I had a rate of R311 that was still valid and I fixed the premium for 3 years. I called in today to check whether a discount will be app**** and the premium increased considerably. I decided to take miway up on the offer of R311 only to see this has been replaced by the higher quote and I now am unable to even fix my premium for the 3 years. How can this facility change over a day when my quote was still valid and I was ready to accept today????? I am shocked
