Disappointed
I emailed Miway numerous times regarding changes I wished to make to my policy and I mentioned that due to my working requirements I am not available during office hours however due to their failure to read the emails sent by myself Miway still only made one call attempt during office hours and did not bother again. No one is able to provide me with the feedback regarding the questions I had. I would like to now cancel my policy after years of being with insured with Miway with effect from the 27.01.2017.
