Disappointed

Watch out for MiWay Vehicle Insurance, they increased my monthly contribution, and where I had a no excess policy, the changed it to one I have to pay excess. I didn't go through my policy, believing it is still the same policy, with an increased monthly payment. They also neglected to inform me that for a couple of Rand additional, I would not have to pay excess. Boy, did I get a surprise when I wanted to claim. I now have to pay an excess of R5000 for a total job cost of only R6 634.15. They only pay R1 634,15 - go figure!
