Difficulty just to get a windscreen replaces

<p>I phone in on Tuesday to register a windscreen claim, received a SMS that I will be contacted by a PG Glass agent to schedule my appointment. Nobody contacted me I phone PG Glass the following day as nobody contacted me. Only receives a call back after 2 in the afternoon and made it clear I will take my vehicle to the fitment center myself on Saturday. To my surprise I received a SMS that I must take my vehicle to the center on the 3de after I request to take the vehicle in on the Saturday. I contact the agent at Miway Tracey Tshuma and she said she will call me back. I then suddenly received another SMS I must take my vehicle in on Thursday for the replacement after I again have indicated I will take the vehicle myself on Saturday. She did call me back and again contact her as the information was again not correct. I insist on another repairer and it became my responsibility to obtain quotations and make arrangements myself. If they can’t resolve a windscreen claim what will happened if my vehicle is involved in an accident!!!!!!!</p>
