Difficulty for car hire with my insurance (Miway)
I Have stacked with unrepaired car since October 2020 because my insurance (Miway) does'nt want to make arrangement for car hire. keep on saying they confirm with the panel beater so that the can not stay long at the panel beater. whereas the panel beater say they can not order the parts without seeing the car of which is understandable. Since last year October I m going up and down at first it was the problem of sending the documents to the panel beater, now this. Im confused cause if the panel beater say bring the car they (Miway) help with the car hire period. Is about 5 Months now going up and down.

08 Mar 2021, 15:34Still waiting, This is the third attempt of the Panel beater asking me to bring the car for repairing and I can not take the car without a curtesy car or car hire. Three weeks back was the first attempt and today 8 March is the second attempt of asking me to bring the car. Is like I'm not taking them serious. Please I'm frustrated.
