didn't listen well to what I was told, so I wanted to cancel the deal with MiWay Insurance but Tlangelani spoke to me slowly so that I can understand what he was making me aware of. He made me to listen, and I listened and understood Iwas so wild before. This man knows his job very well, I started laughing and answered him correctly. He gave me a chance to say what I wanted to say and when I was done he started explaining until Iwas down. Thanks to him that I didn't cancel the insurance
