Diatronix Sales and marketing specialist hired by Miway to reject my claim

Miway hired unqualified Car salesperson as accident reconstruction expert to reject my claim. The **** specialist said I was traveling at 134km/h based on wrong measurements Miway team knows about but they accepted his calculations. How can you answer a call from insurance within seconds after a frontal collision without safety belt driving at 134km/h? No injuries ,no pain? These is a clear indication that I was not speeding.Miway Claim team manager Rhulani Baloyi say it depends on how you were sitting on your seat , dispute resolution officer Palesa Mashilwane said its a luck . Like really? If you apply basic logic at driving A45 at 134km/h ,without safety belt , unexpectedly get involved in frontal collision, one can expect serious injuries and one can even die , if that didn't happen, you must know that the car was not speeding. But not to Miway they will always do things their way , reject valid claim.
