Details Captured wrong!!

I received a phone call from Miway Insurance yesterday(22/02/2016), they were offering to beat my current car insurance if not, they would pay out R400. They took in all my details and could not match out my insurance in fact they were high, so they asked if i could send my policy schedule which I did. They said they would call me after I had emailed them my policy schedule. They only called me back today(23/02/2016) saying I gave them the wrong car details and that they actually did matched my car insurance. Firstly like any other call consultant I speak to I ALWAYS emphasis the model of my car because they always get it wrong, they are now saying I gave them wrong details of my car and will therefore not payout the R400, this promotion of MiWay is not only misleading but a complete waste of time. I am completely disappointed with the MiWay and would never recommend it to anyone.
