Despite having not claimed as yet (which I hope will also be a good experience), their premiums are quite low, phone call experiences are very professional and a smooth sailing (and oh they call you back literally in seconds) and for someone who is not tech savvy, their app is easy to follow and Miyelani (the agent who assisted today) was quite the Champion! Thank you so very much Miyelani for your patience, enthusiasm and willingness to help!
