Despicable Service from Mi Way

Never in my life have I seen such poor service. We had a claim submitted on the 10th Feb, Claim was approved on the 13th Feb. We have had promises of being called as to where to take the vehicle for repairs. We have called in and nobody seems to want to return calls. We have spoken to Palesa Kekana and no response.
