Desperate behaviour with no delivery

So I was called on several occasions during working hours from miway to get a quotation on a challenge that would pay me my current premium if miway could not match my better it. Mr Donald Davids did the quote which was R400 odd more than my current premium. So Mr Davids requested my policy documents which I sent through the following day.

After the 100 calls to try and get my business, after it backfired and they have to pay up, Mr David has been completely MIA, despite me calling me on 2 occasions to speak to him.

It's horrible to see professional companies be so greedy and *********. Mr David just happens to never be at his desk anymore.
