derbit order going too early and did not get funds

I get paid on the 20th of every month (even if it is sunday or holiday) the agreed day that I had with miway to debit my account is on the 20th and out of the blue this month they debited my account on the 19th, they never send a communication to check with me if I have money and they on it's own refect bad in my name, my bank will charge me for return debit order. I am not happy with midway in this regards and they don't send an apology or phone me to check when they can debit again , and they they send an SMS to tell me they did not get the funds when must they debit again , I put the date of the 22rd and they did not debit. So what now
