Dents and Scratches **** cover

Honestly i have always been the one to route for my insuarance but this time these guys really disappointed me,i thought they were different but no. So at first the accessor accessed incorrectly and said my door moulding was scratched and it wasnt. and then was told to go look for my own quote. the agent incharge Luzuko Nqunqa was not pro active.Then after i went and got a quote and guess what a month later am still driving with a car with scratches, have called have went from talking to Leandra that said i must resend the quote and never heard from her and spoke to Beauty Mabasa who promised me that on the 4th of October she was waiting for accessors to approve my quote and got no feedback. These guys are ghosting me and to think this only dents and scraches. And it makes me wonder if the accessor incorrectly accesses can they not send any accessor. I wouldnt honestly recommend anyone to take a cover here cause they will ghost you and definately leaving them cause honestly now have to pay from my own pockets... 0 star very disappointing service from insurer .. what a ****
