Delivering a wrong Product knowingly

Good Day I have claimed to MiWay that my Tv is damaged .Which they have send an assessor to asses the tv.Then he reported back to MiWay provided the Tv model number and how much it will cost if they decides to fix it .That part went well actually.

Then few days later my Tv was delivered then I realized that this Tv they provided is not the same as the one that is damaged .And when trying to call them the bring me back and forth promising that so and Will call me back which they did not tried to call them again and again got same thing no one came back to me.After a while of trying to get assistance the person who assisted got hold of the service provider whom told her that the might be a problem of me getting a the correct Tv because I have already opened the one they have given me.Which that what the told me first before she contacted the service provider. I am tired of bring brought back and forward without a prompt assistance
