Delays in car repair & left stranded with no car

Last week I posted that there were some delays in repairing my car as Miway took time to authorize for repairs & the panel beater told me that they have received wrong parts. I have requested the insurance and the panel beater to take care of the extension of a car rental as this was not my fault. Arddin from Miway called me last Wednesday telling me that the panel beater will arrange a rental car which I have to pay R100/day & said she will tell them to call me to finalize the arrangement. I waited for the call until Friday & I called the panel beater & they denied arranging a rental car for me. I called Miway to get hold of Arddin she wasn't in, Palesa who received my call said she will tell her to call me, NO call for the rest of Friday and I called in again today, Schalon received my call & said she is on lunch he will tell her to call me still NO call until now. The other thing is that they took my car and throw it at Vaal, I asked Arddin why my car was send so far from me she said they take the car to the panel beater nearest where the accident occurred & my accident occurred at Katlehong near Germiston or Joburg and I stay at Alberton. Who'll pay cost to Vaal???
