Delayed services + no courtesy car

I waited 2 weeks for my claim to get approved. I was given many excuses when I asked for a courtesy car. Although I pay for a courtesy car, I was denied everytime I asked for it. The lady even told me to take an Uber to work. I work 80km away from home. Why must I pay for an Uber when I am paying for a courtesy car! They wanted to put second hand car parts on my car which is a new car and is still on warranty! Miway really made me run around for sorting my car out! Miway has increased my stress rather than helping me out.
