Delayed response/incomplete updates

I had to update our policy to add some items and even though Kitlano was kind enough to return my call on Friday (8 Dec 2023), the changes aren't correct and I seriously don't have the time to sit on a 20-minute call again during work hours. I sent a mail on the 10th of December (after receiving the updated policy schedule), explaining that one item wasn't removed and the insured value for the other was too high. I'm still waiting for a response from MiWay and an automated message stating that my mail will be allocated to someone isn't a response. So, if someone can attend to the mail I sent and make the necessary changes, it would be really awesome. Perhaps MiWay will respond faster to a hellopeter post than an e-mail.
