Delayed response

I sent an email on 02/11/22 asking for my No Claims Letter and policy schedule as I need to cancel this policy and need the above mentioned documents to get this done. 2 days later and there is still nothing in my inbox? Can someone please just send the requested docs. There's no need to blow my phone up calling me, you have my email address just send the NCB and policy schedule already.
