Delayed Repairs

I had an accident first week of June and I submitted my claim my car was not drivable so the towing company came to take the car on the 14th June 2021, I call the panel beaters almost weekly to check the progress of my car they always say next week, next week, next week. The last time i called them was last week Friday they said the car will be ready Wednesday as in tomorrow the 14th of July.. when i called them this morning they are saying Friday now yhoo i am tired its been over a month now please intervene claim number C*** FORD fiesta
