Delayed repair work.

I am beyond disappointed with the level of your service this time around. My car was damaged on the 31st July 2023 you towed it after some days to your nominated repairer Maverick paint and panel. It took the whole month of August for my car to be repaired by Maverick. When the car was delivered by your repairer on 04 Sept the repair work looked excellent. I kept going back and forth to Maverick panel and paint to point out defects that i was noticing myself. On date 04 Oct when i took my car for another fix the business owner Grant was rude, arrogant and bul**** me and his workers. Told them to stop attending to my car because i have come more than once for them to fix their mistakes. I same requeated for an assessor from Miway and he came on 05 Oct. Since then i have not heard from Miway despite the emails i sent on 03 Oct and 09 Oct. I feel Miway is taking me for granted as its client. How did they even tow my car to a repairer who's premises are delapitated. Did you expect quality repair work. I made it clear that they you must appoint another repairer to fix Maverick' poor work. Now i am waiting forever.
