Delayed payout. No communication.
My initial interaction with them regarding my claim was good and I gave a good review. However, I am still waiting for my payout. After contacting them twice via WhatsApp and three times via email, and being told via WhatsApp that my query will be escalated to management, I'm still waiting to hear back from anyone at all. I was told my payout will take 2-3 days from date of claim which was 31 March. Very bad service 😞
