delayed excess paid back
the accident happened 10 months ago which i had to pay excess. the drove into me from behind and his company has not paid yet. in the iterim i had to pay excess of which i am still waiting for the refund otherwise my car wouldn't be fixed which is my only TRANSPORT. please get back to me in regards to this. your service is shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! phone laura hafenscher
