Delayed claim processing

I submitted my car accident damages claim on the 7th of July and its now a week later but the claim hasn't been processed yet. I still have my car parked in my garage and am using a courtesy car which I can only keep up to the 30th of July. I am worried that my time is running out and my car isn't at the panel beater yet and there is limited communication on the progress of my claim from their side and I can never get hold of the person handling my claim when I call. I'm extremely disappointed with their service because I've been claim free since I joined Miway and its almost 3 years now and I've never missed or delayed payments of my premiums.
