Delayed claim outcome
A claim was registered was registered with MiWay on 17 October 2025. The claim was referred to the Claims Manager at the end of October 2025, but I still await the outcome.

28 Nov 2025, 11:12It has been more than 6 weeks and MiWay are yet to finalize my claim. My emails are going unanswered causing more frustration and driving me to the point of cancelling and and switching to an insurer who provides a speedy and professional service.
