Delayed Claim - No feedback from Miway

I have always raved about the great service I receive from Miway - unfortunately this has been *****ed. I lodged a claim for my Ford Ranger tyre and was set to receive a payout of below R2000. I disputed this and sent a quote to show how much I was quote. I have been sent from pillar to post with the common excuse being "the claim is still with the assessor". No feedback - I always have to call in to check up.

I also claimed for my Ford Fiesta tyre 2 weeks apart and they wanted to give me a payout lower than what was previously paid - I also disputed this and same excuse, "the claim is with the assessor".

I cant be driving around with Jhb potholes with no spare tyre.

My claims normally get paid within 2-3 days and it has now been 10 days.
