Delay to recover excess since 2014

I have 2 claims with Miway where other vehicles have bumped into me. I have paid the excess as required but when it comes to recovery of the excess I have heard nothing since 2014.<br> <br> The claim numbers are as follows:<br> <br> 2014: C533064 - Phawana Ngwepe<br> 2015: C677605 - Ncumifa Mtci<br> <br> I find this level of service unacceptable since I have been paying for this service monthly with no results/feedback.<br> <br> Please get back to me on the status of my claims and when I can expect recovery of the excess I have paid.<br> <br> Thank you <br> Donna
