Delay in Repairing My Car

<p>This day mark my 4th year of paying my insurance premium with Miway and I never claim within 4 years and last week Thurday I have lodge a claim with Miway because My car was damaged in an accident and I am not even a guilty party and My car was refereed to Assememt which was conducted last week Thursday but to date I havent heared anything from Miway. I am in Limbo and no one is telling me anything. Please help</p>
