De*****ed by Miway on excess

Myway Useless Took an insurance with the company 2011. my excess for the windscreen was R500. today after have not claimed for 6 years, i request to put on a claim for my windscreen. Only to be told that my excess is now R1200. The increase is 120% for the windscreen. i wonder how much it is for the car now if excess is based on inflation.

I found this very doggy. insurance premiums are going up that i understand, no sense at all for excess to go up. It then tells me that Miway is de*****ing me here...
