Deeply disappointed by MIWAY

I would like to express my deep disappointment with MIWAY.

I have had this insurance for 5 years without claiming, no missed payments and once I needed your help you didn't to show up.

On 29 November 2017 my car died in the middle of the road in Johannesburg CBD it was in the afternoon around 6 pm, I called the call center and spoke to Nico who promised to get someone to help me asap. I waited in the middle of a dangerous town, when I called again around 7pm asking for the agent I was told he just knocked off, without warning me - he just left, he didn't even log the call and hand over to someone, HE JUST LEFT.

I had to be assisted by Metro Police, they towed my car to their building premises cause they knew how dangerous Johannesburg CBD is. They told me another hour there my life would be in danger.

I spoke to another gentleman to log a call, I think his name was Karabo (not sure) He logged the call, I waited in the rain at the Metro Police premises, no one came to assist me they kept telling someone is coming but no show, I ended up calling relatives to come get me, it was 10:00 PM. I had to leave my car behind cause I couldn't stay there the whole night in the cold.

Karabo continued to call me the following day (he tried to be very helpful, which I highly appreciate and handed over correctly when his shift ended) On 30th November I was in town with my car from 9am and the towing people only came at 11am. When I called to complain about the whole situation, I was told the "Manager" was aware of what had happened and would get back to me BUT up to this day, I have not received a call or email.
