De*****ed by MiWay & BSURE insurance companies & ******* debit orders processed by both companies
De*****ed me by taking out a vehicle insurance cover P*** with my details,sent a debit authorization mendate which I never authorized but they went ahead and debited my account. I have been calling them since 28/08/2026 reporting this *****, they claimed to be escalating it and canceling the policy which was taken out on 27/08/2026 and instead of canceling they took my money. When I call they tell me how they need to investigate. I have had insurance cover for my car since day 1 and never with MiWay. I still have cover and why would i take out another one when im very happy with my current cover from the company that im covered by???!! I WANT MY MONEY FROM BOTH MIWAY & BSURE INSURANCE COMPANIES.
